This isn’t about “getting it right” or fixing anything—it’s about gently pausing to reflect on where you are right now in your self-care, spiritual practice, and relationship with yourself.

This process is for you—to help you gain clarity, connect the dots, and begin to notice what’s asking for your attention.

Why This Matters

When you give yourself the gift of sacred reflection, you begin to hear your own wisdom more clearly.

This assessment will help you:

  • Clarify where you’re feeling supported and where you may need more care or intention
  • Identify patterns, gaps, or stuck places that are ready to shift
  • Begin to sense what you most want to focus on during our time together

We won’t review your answers score-by-score. Instead, we’ll explore the insights and awareness that making the space for this reflection brought forward for you.

This is your starting point—something you can return to again and again as you grow, expand, and evolve.
